Any advice on flying with a 3 months old baby

Sher, you will be fine. I flew to PE from Jhb when my son was 3mnths and he slept most of the way. I gave him a bottle during take-off and landing and he was not bothered at all. Rock her back and forth in your seat if necessary.

I will be flying back to jhb this wkend with my 3 month baby. so I will see how it goes. paed said its fine as long as I give her a dummy.

i just worry about when she wants to sleep, cause she likes to be rocked to sleep, cannot do that on the plane and a dummy on its own does not keep her quiet......

Hallo! also remember to keep a dummy close by - it helps for any ear pain... I flew with my daughter when she was 6 months old and the worst part is the packing! Luckily you can take the pram to the aircraft. Good luck!

I flew with my child when he was 10 days old from Jhb to Dbn. He's just over 4 months now and he's been on a plane 3 more times since then, back and forth between Dbn and Jhb. He hasn't had any problems at all. Im lucky cos he just sleeps throughout the flight:-)

It's definitley ok to fly with your child according to my personal experience.
