Teez there is very little that you can do wrong so no worries okay. His caregivers will tell you all you need to know. xxx

Please note with the measles vaccine a few kids have a normal reaction about 7-10 days later. Dylan got a rash and fever.

I think it is only really necessary if giving the measles vaccination before 9 months. My LB had to get it at 7 months and I was told to do the egg test.

My clinic sister asked whether baby had egg yolk or biscuits containung egg when we went for the 9 month shot. If she did not eat egg, we would have to wait at the clinic for half an hour after the shot to see if she had an alergic reaction.
Nothing serious though, don't worry.

It is true that there is egg in the vacinne, but as Julz said, don't worry about it too much, unless there is a history of allergy in the family.

If you do want to give him egg, make up some scrambled egg with the yolk.

Actually there is truth in this, but if your lo has been eating finger biscuits (boudoir biscuits) then there is no need to give him actual egg as the biscuits are made of mostly egg white!

No I wouldn't worry too much about this.

You lo can have egg yolk at his age, but the egg white should be avoided until age 1.
