omw, guys, I also use to have a high tolerance for violence on tv (infact I was in the how can violence on tv make you violent camp)
But not only do I prefer 'light hearted viewing' now, I HATE shows with ANY babies in!! ESP soapies with the little girl crying and pointing off screen: "Mommy" and then the actress says: "mommy's here my angel"!!!! *sis* And when they are crying in a scene in a movie!! I mean are they acting?? more like desperate to go home!
And I work in the film industry, kids can work up to 6/7 hours a day!
Have you guys seen some spoofs on what these crazy (pagent type) moms are prepared to do to get their kids on screen? Lose weight and such!
Sorry I'm kinda missing to point of this thread, just struck a nerve.
Yes since preggo's I have an issue with kids on tv. lol

I've also become really over-empathetic. I feel so sorry for all the Big Issue Sellers, and the guys that try to wash your windscreen, I feel sorry to the waiter that's not having a good shift, and I feel sorry for the bored looking security guard who has such a boring job! I feel sorry for EVERYONE. It really irritates my husband because I'm constantly wanting to give money to everyone less fortunate than me. I was told it was hormonal, but really, my little girl is a year and a half now - so I doubt it's hormonal.
Oh, and I've never gone back to caffeinated coffee - still only drink decaf!

I still cannot stand the smell of raw meat since pregnancy!

I eat way too much now and I will use breastfeeding as my scapegoat! And thirsty always!

My ankles have taken a real knock. I feel like I have severe arthiritis each morning. Drinking my Omega 3's religiously but doesnt seem to make much difference. Boy do I regret not taking more calcium while pregnant cos I really feel like an old woman sometimes!

Stretchmarks and a belly that hangs over my pants and will require a tummy tuck to fix it - which I will get when I am done with kiddies as well as a boob lift as my E cup will not survive breastfeeding I fear!

Can't remeber the last time I had a fried egg  Maybe I'll have one tonight ;)
