New to SA, need advice for PTA area

Hello all, I am an American who has recently moved here to PTA for a couple years with my husband's job. We are looking into falling pregnant in the next couple months, God willing. I have two boys at home already, but was hoping that you ladies could help me out with a few questions I have since I am new to the area, and well...new to the continent.

I have had vaginal births for both of my sons and intend to do the same with any future pregancies unless there is some real emergency. I have gotten the impression recently that it is increasingly more rare to have a vaginal birth here. Is this true? (Please note, my sons were both large and I was able to birth them just fine. The youngest was induced a week early because of his size and ended up being 4.75 kilo on his birthday at 39 weeks.)

Do you have recommendations on what private hospital I should seek out in the eastern pta area and which doctors are both excellent at what they do--good at their medical practice, bedside manner, and willingness to listen and answer questions--and also willing to do vaginal deliveries unless there is an emergency?
