The guilt and the "pain" when we leave our young children to go to work is really painful.

I can't actually say it gets less, but someone we adjust.

<my daughter is 20 months and I still feel grim each morning when I go off to work. I have two older children as well .... so the guilt/pain/feeling crappy burden is pretty heavy>

I feel your pain.

I have a letter from my pdoc to say I am insane, so tread lightly with me, some days I can be a total bitch. I'm lying. Most days I am a total bitch.

I abhor smiley face icons. Just saying.

I understand your pain saudah.

I gave 24 hours notice when I was still on Maternity leave as I wasn't ready to leave my baby with anybody. I was lucky enough to be able to stay with her until she was 19 months................

But I felt like dying when I had to start work again & leave her at a creche. It was hard on the both of us as we have a very tight bond.

She is 3 now!

Okay so here goes my story.

From the day my baby was born which was a year ago I decided that I will be working from home and then I have had major domestic /nanny issues until the latest one Shes just perfect my baby loves her. My husband has now acquired a new business and has asked me to join to which I accepted. So today is my first day. My baby has her own small little house on the property and then the helper is with her and I check up when I need to. Now I am sure you all wondering where the problem is well I dont even know but right now I feel like riping my heart out because I am not with her and also because she didnt seem bothered when I went to see her. She seemed like her usual self but I feel like sh*t.

Okay I am about to just burst out crying right now so I am just going to hit the submit button.
