Stupid comments!

Hi guys

your babies are gorgeous! so do not let anyone tell you any different. When we told everyone we are having a gir, i have a two year old daughter, some had the cheek to say better luck next time. For what? we never ever said the gender we wanted for either kids, I just feel blessed God gave them to us healthy.

What the f*#k. I hate it when people do that... My MIL doesn't even stand a chance. Since the day my Lb was born she had something to say...
Until i had enough and told DH and after that she was ok... but her nausating comments started creaping in and i told her exactly were to get off!

The way i see it...

If your LO is growing, eating, laughing, smiling, healthy, learing etc then there are no worries...
Say what is on your mind and if you dont like the way they talk to your baba's tell them were to get off!

I feel you Bronz, my little man is 23months and 9kg's he is very active and not on par according to the growth chart but healthy. Ignore them and everytime you get a negative comment just turn it around to a positive one..... Some people just dont think before they speak.

funny enough my LB is too big for his age, so everybody compares them.

My Missy is 18 months and I thought she hit the 8kg mark, but the paed confirmed she is 7,8kg. He wont even discuss it with us because she is so healthy and normal in everyway! She has just gone onto her first antibiotic this week! Nothing wrong with her, just small and petite!

My SIL has only seen her twice and both times called her a "pixie", to which I took offence because my SIL is herself TINY. But then I thought about it, and now it doesnt worry me. I love fairies and angels, so a Pixie is nothing bad. Its just because it came from her!

My best was the other day from a Doctor. "Was he prem?" I mean WTF my kid is skinny but about 5cm tall for his age, in no way is he prem.

Or he has eaten what we eat from the start, just cut up small. So the comment my grandmother had was "maybe you should start mashing everything to feed him, as it doesn't look like he is eating enough this way."

People fail to notice the baby never ever stops moving.
