Fondant Icing

Hi there,

Does anyone know where I can buy ready made fondant icing?

Also realistically how easy is it for a first timer to use? I want to make James a 3 tier cake with blue fondant icing and decor but don't want to drop the R350-R450 for someone else to make it... Hoping to do a trial run this weekend to see what I'm in for.
