2nd Car chair

I have my 4 year old on a booster seat - all it does is lift them a bit, so the seat belt doest not "strangle" them.

Shew! That is sobering. Thanks for that.

So my next question would be.... what to do with my 6 year old?

After I watched the video of this poor little boy I did more research about car seats and it became very clear that moving LO into a front-facing chair too early is extremely dangerous. Rear-facing is def the safest option and they should stay in it for as long as possible. You get the ones that hold up to 10kg and those that hold up to 13kg. It doesn't matter if the legs are hanging over the edge but it is important that baby's head is still fully supported. If that's no longer the case baby can graduate.

I was also considering to move LO into a front-facing chair earlier as she hates her infant seat and screams blue murder, but her safety comes first and I rather have her get a little tantrum than having her neck broken.

I'm sure this has been asked many times, but haven't been successful in my search.

When do our little Noos graduate from a rear facing car chair. Bella is getting so heavy in hers.... she is 8 months old, can she move to a front facing chair yet?
