You could ask your doctor to perform a stretch and sweep at your next check up? My friend had this the day before her due date and the baby came the next morning at 2am!
First angel resting 25/06/2009 stayed with us a short 7 weeks but we still miss you.

I was induced and my contractions started 15min later. was wasn't even dialated. he inserted the second pill at 3cm and was fully dialated 30min later. Entire birth took me 1 hour and 30min. I had a epi. so was all pain free

Hi

I was induced at 41w2d. I had the gel inserted at 9pm, no pains.... again the following morning at 5am - had slight period pains.

Had a c-sec at 4pm that afternoon.

I was induced at 40 weeks 3 days and it ended with an emergency c-sec

I was induced at 39weeks. Got gel @7am, contractions started at 10am, but didn't even feel it. Active labour from 11:30 with heavy contractions but still bearable. LB born at 12:22. Labour was extremely quick and all natural, no pain meds...

If I had to, I would do it again... :)

I was induced...

I went into the hospital was given the gels at 7... in labour by nine... pethadine at ten slept till twenty to one, baby was born at 5 past one no epidural, happy and healthy

Hi Anje, I walked till 41 weeks. I went for accupuncture at 39 weeks 6 days cause i was desperate. It worked!!! Real contractions started about 8 hours after the accupuncture.
