I had the same thing as you, very constipated. I was told to try Duphalac (excuse spelling). You just throw a sachet into a glass of water. Also drink plenty more water as constipation is also a sign of dehydration, so try to drink atleat 3 litres of water a day.

Secondly what i tried is eat apples, the skin has got great fibre which also helps with bell movements.

Thirdly, try eating that Kellogs Special K in the morning, also a very good form of Fibre which helps with constipation problems.

I have done these three things for just over a week now, and must say it is so much better. No more constipation problems.
