Crazylove daymom's are so great with kids they get them sleeping far better. Very often our own anxiety stresses our own children out and the daymom does not feel as stressed becuase it isn't her child. I promise Dylan slept so much better once he was at daycare. xx

Dylan was the same and honestly there isn't much you can do. The paed says not all babies sleep well. It does get better though I promise.

hi crazylove, we went through a very bad patch of sreaming before bedtime (day and night), and frequent nightwakings. I think it was mainly due to teething, but I can't give her pain medication every night, so I asked the pharmacist for advice, and he suggested this product with a big smile!! Unfortunately, it is only for babies from 1 year up to children (5 years of age). I think try the rescue remedy, although it did absolute nothing for our baby, we gave it for about 3 months. Somebody told me about Sister lilian rescue tablets, apparently it worked for them.
Our baby went through the same thing as you described in your other post (waking after 15 min.). Our baby was like that up to about 6 months. It was reallly tough, and I spoke to doctors and clinic sisters, and they all said that my baby is just very awake, can't do anything about it. We swaddled, we tried bloody everything. She just catnapped the whole time, except at night it went better. I knew that she had to sleep often as the books suggest at that age, but she didn't. She was healthy (according to dr) and was drinking enough. From 6 months she started sleeping through when she dropped the night feed, and she got into a very good sleeping routine. All I can say is, that if there is nothing wrong with your baby, it might just pass in a while, just hold on!!?

I bought this bottle of Quitude from Dischem, it is for mild sleeping disorders. The pharmicist suggested this product to me with great enthusiasm. It seems like a very similar product to Rescue remedy. I have used rescue remedy in the past with absolutely no effect for months. I have been using the quitude for the past 3 weeks, and my baby is sleeping soundly again. I don't know if her teething day blues are on holiday, or whether if this stuff really works?!!Anyone else having similar results?
