Never used it. I think people are trying to use to many things on babies. We never really know what's bothering them. It's like giving them teething powders from 3 months only for the first tooth to arrive at 11 months :)

But if it's all natural I supposed there can't be any harm in trying in.

My mom used to say that a baby that doesn't sleep well, is either hungry, wet or in pain. I would speak to the pead before going the Rescue remedy route.

crazylove, I read your previous posts about your baby not sleeping. Perhaps your baby is just going through a growth spurt. I did use the rescue remedy drops on my LG 3 times when she was still small (between 0 and 3 months), just put a drop or two on her dummy and then 10 drops in my own mouth - this would calm her after a while (or perhaps I was more calm and she just relaxed because I wasn't as tense)

We also went through a period where B would only take naps in my arms. What worked better for us was a good routine so we could anticipate what the problem is (for instance she's been awake for an hour and now cries, oh, it's nap time/bottle time etc)

Sleep is a viscous cycle for babies, the more they sleep, the more they want to sleep, so the opposite is also true. Babies sleep really badly (or not at all) when they are overtired and it needs teeth gritting from you to get through it. At 11 weeks (if I remember correctly) a baby should only be awake for 1 - 1.5 hours tops at a time

I used to give Liam half a tablet crushed into his milk. On really bad days I would crush it and give it to him on a teaspoon.

It calmed him down, relaxed him enough to be able to comfort him.
