Justine, unfortunately it is a decision only you can make. Your LO will miss you if you go, specially because you have never been away overnight, but unfortunately we have to sacrifice.
It's either slowing down progress in your job and the ability to provide for your child's future, or your time with your child.

Hello, i was wondering if anyone had any advice for me...
My work used to involve a lot of travelling.
I now have an 8 month old baby and have been asked to go on a 4 day (3 night business trip).
I havent left him at all since he was born... but now i dont know what to do.
he has a nanny while i am at work in the day and his dad works from home too.
he will be 9 months when this trip would happen.

what would you do??????? i love my job, i want to go... but i dont know if its fair to my little one. i know eventually i'll be travelling for work again, but is 9 months too early?
