Creche

Norahvds my LG went to creche from 6 months old and she was fine...

She was very stimulated and well looked after. They used to paint, do colouring, read stories. I loved the creche I found for her and made sure that i had a relationship with her teacher and the helpers.

I am sure she did not get as much attention as she would have with a nanny one on one but I could not find someone I trusted alone with her all day. I just made sure when I fetched her that I spent lots of time with her.

Routine is very good for babies and my LG learnt to fall asleep by herself at creche and I didnt have to do any sleep training.

Her teachers loved her to bits and really looked after her well.

She is 2 years old now and LOVES school - she speaks so well, knows how to count and all her colours, she eats by herself and still fall asleep by herself with no problems.

If you have found a really good creche that you like why not try it out? The teachers and helpers are trained. If you LG is unhappy you could always then start looking for a nanny rather?

I have to say my experience with creche has been really wonderful so this is just my opinion.

I need some advice from mommies please

When I go back to work in January, my little on will be going to creche ( I like the creche very much) and I am very nervous about it... he will be 5 months old. I am very happy with the creche, but I have read that babies need so much attention and that nannies are a better option??

Is creche a good move for my baby? How long will he take to adjust?
