contraceptives while breastfeeding

Have you been on any contraceptive in the last nine months? I would say continue with your mini pill until you stop breastfeeding. I've heard that if you start using a stronger pill like Triphasil that you milk will dry up.

hi ladies,

my son is 9 months old and still breastfeeding, i have been getting craps so i think my periods are making their way back. I want to start using contraceptives but I am not sure which ones are safe to take during breastfeeding

any thought??
