Very very very very normal hun! It gets better, promise. Just focus on the baby and be sure you are healthy enough to look after baby. In time everything will fall in place again. And if hubby says you look beautiful, basta, that is that, you can maar believe him.

Try and leave baby with your mom or someone you can trust for a while, even if it is just for an hour or two, take that time to take a nice bath or even just to sleep.

And also important, not the end of the world if you leave your baby for a few hours one evening with your mom to go out and just be you again.

Congrats on your babes.

Hi Ladies,

The past month has been an absolute emotional roller coaster.

My son was born a month ago, and is colic. So needless to say I am dead tired and I feel like a huge ugly truck.

I haven't lost the fat on my stomach and it is covered in stretch marks. I hate bathing, or looking at the sight of my body... I am even to shy to let my hubby see me naked now. (Even though he insists I am beautiful)

I am using Bio oil on a daily basis to try help the stretch marks... but it doesn't seem to help. is there something I can use which will help a bit. I don't expect them to go away completely... just fade a bit would be nice.

Also, I feel like I have lost touch with my feminine side. I am always in slacks and look sloppy, there is just no time to myself... Is it normal to feel like this? Or is it just me?

Will I lose the stomach fat eventually? Or will I need to diet or gym at a later stage, when my baby is older?

I really do feel absolutely hideous..

??
