Car Seat Help please

Hi ladies

I am currently pregnant with twin girls. Delivery is sometime this month so we in a mad rush to finalise things.

Hubby and I recently purchase 2 ferrari car seats from toys r us (0-18kg) and now we are told that they will not work for our babies. Is this true?
