I used the "Triumph" shape wear thingy that you buy from edgars for about R180 and it worked well also.

Looks almost like this one and you get it in the nude colour too.

I used those granny hold your tummy in panties from woolies and they worked like a bomb. A year later you can only see about 2cm of my scar.....if you really look!!

Yes, I wore it for the first 6 weeks post c-section. I found that it helped a lot.

My doctor organised it for me, I don't know where he gets it from and I can't remember the name, sorry!

Anyone used a belly band after c-section to help with recovery and reduce pain? Does it work, which brand did you use. Any info you can supply will be helpful.

With my first c-section I had a lot of post surgery pain so am looking for anything to help ease the pain this time round.
