Hi ther Nthabi12,

I only used Bennetts with my lg & only used Bepanthen when she developed a rash due to antibiotics & runny tummy.

You can maybe get some Cornstarch from Elizabeth anne & put that on & leave the nappy off for a little while to dry it out - if possible. Just another method to clear up a nappy rash quickly.

You can maybe try the fissan paste. I personally don't like it but it works for other mothers.

Sudocream is also very good, not sure of the price though.

My baby didn't get much nappy rash so we only really used cream when she had a rash, we used fissan which was pretty good, and elizabeth annes also seemed to do the trick.

the creche i take little one to mixes bennets and germolene together... and swears by it so you could try that too.

I tried mixing a sample tub of sudocrem and some germolene together and kept that in the nappy bag and i must say it worked marvelously whenever she came up with a little rash.

Hi ladies

I have a 3month old and have been using Bepanthen since birth and would like to change to something less expensive. I tried using Bennetts bum cream when he was two months old and he developed terrible nappy rash. What creams are you using?
