UbbaBubba Wrap

I would like to know from those Moomies that have bought the ubbaBubba wraps...

Is it comfortable? Would you recommend it?
My baby is 4 months old at the moment.
Is it too late to introduce him to this style of baby wearing?
Until what age have you used yours?

I have the babysense sling, but my little one hates it. Prob cause I can't seem to master the "sit on hip" style lol. I also have a Jeep front carrier that is very comfortable for me, but my boy seems uncomfortable / unhappy in it.
