My 2cents worth, based on personal experience with my two girls...

Nappies: Pampers Premium Active
Dummies: Avent
Bottle: Avent bottles and sippy cups...
Clothes: Woolies, Edgars, Ackermans - but LOVE Keedo for special occasion
Pram: Phil and Ted with buggy (see attached pic) , McClaren Stroller and Chelion travel system...
Wipes: Johnsons & Johnsons
Monitor: Angelcare
Bath products: Pure Cream and Oilatum - both girls have eczema
Bum Cream: Bennets and Bepanthen
Toys: I'm not very picky.
Shoes: Shooshoos
Nappy Bag: JJ Cole
Sling/pouch: Jeep carrier
Maternity wear: Anything thats comfy - woolies and truworths have nice occasion wear maternity clothes without breaking the bank, and Mr Price for everyday wear...
Camping Cot: Bambino

Nappies (does anyone uses "natural" disposable diapers?): Huggles and Pamper nappies
Dummies: that i am not sure.
Bottle: Tommee Tippee
Clothes: havent buy it.. got a gift.
Pram: not yet
Wipes: dont have it. either johnson johnson or Cherubs
Monitor: not yet need to order
Bath products: doesn't matter what i get? who know?
Bum Cream: not yet but want to use Sudocrem
Toys: doesn't matter i am not fussy
Shoes: doesn't matter either
Nappy Bag: not yet
Sling/pouch: oh not sure
Maternity wear: doesn't matter...
Camping Cot: Graco

I'll answer this based on what we had. Often I only tried one brand and liked it so haven't necessarily tried all the options:

Nappies (does anyone uses "natural" disposable diapers?): Cherub Tree cloth nappies (on the odd occasion we used disposables them pamper premium for overnight or pampers active in the day)
Dummies: MAM
Bottle: MAM
Clothes: No real favourites. I tend to buy Ackermans or Pep.
Pram: Chelino C3
Wipes: Johnsons & Johnsons or Bumbi (green pack? Not sure if that's the right name)
Monitor: Angelcare
Bath products: Clicks baby body wash
Bum Cream: Don't really use. Sometimes sudocrem if necessary.
Toys: whatever's lying around - wooden spoon, pots & pans, etc
Shoes: Don't bother with shoes
Nappy Bag: just used the medi clinic bag
Sling/pouch: Ombaba mei tai
Maternity wear: Anything that fits.
Camping Cot: Chelino
