Was at a seminar and for newborns it is safest just to use humidifier -no oils.

My step kids are older. I find teatree oil on ball of cotton wool works perfect for stuffy nose as it clears and is antibacterial as well.

Many humidifiers can get damaged with oils inside. But work perfect with cotton wool on top.
Me: 42 low AMH
DH: 50 all well

Hi!

I'm a soon to be new mommy... :rock:

I've bought a Humidifier and would love to hear advice on Aromatherapy oils or drops to use with it. Also is it ok to always put drops in or is it better to only use drops when baby has a stuffy nose or is sick? Where do you buy your drops or oils?

Hope to get some help on this :)
