my baby was circumcised yesterday by a plastic surgeon who dressed the wound with a gauze of sorts, baby is very active despite being 9 days old and of course the gauze has come off - does anyone have any advice on wound care? I have put some jelonet around the tip with a little micropore "tent" on top not sure how long this will last, also have bactroban to treat but this was all supposed to start tomorrow or 48 hours from the procedure. All help, tips and advice is welcome - thanks mj
