"bring your own nanny" Day Care

I am in Cape Town. I live in Durbanville but work in Stellenbosch. I have found the most awesome little school half way, they don't have daycare for babies as the school only recently opened but I was going to suggest something like that.
I think it is a brilliant concept as your child gets to interact with others and have one on one attention and care.
I unfortunately have to go back to work after 4 months of maternity leave, I want to further my career but obviously my child's care and stimulation is priority. This could be an amazing means of achieving just that!

Never heard of such...

Are there day cares around where you can "take your own nanny"?? A daycare facility where you can take your baby and their own nanny to take care of them?

This is an interesting concept.
I think there is a gap in the market for this kind of facility?
Any comments?
Are there such places in existence? If so, where? In Pretoria??
