Just make sure that it is very supportive. I used an orthopaedic one which was great.

The physio was short lived but I think it helped me to think that I was doing something. It is really horrible to be in so much pain all the time.

Julz, the gynae did suggest the physio but he told me the relief would be shortlived.

I had it so bad one sunday evening that i nearly wet myself (Sorry TMI). DH carried me to bed, cause i couldn't stand.

Definitely buying me a carriwell support band the weekend.

Isha have you been for physio. I used to go each week and it helped sort of. I also used a support belt.
