I want to buy a nebulizer

I got a really nice one from dishcem (it's the dischem brand). Make sure you buy one that can be serviced. In other words, should a part break, they must be able to fix it.
Don't go for the "baby" version, it doens't have the same pressure as the stronger/bigger ones.
I think I Paid R650.

I have a healthease nebulizer. Its a small white one but I got it as a gift, so I cant tell you how much it cost. It really does work wonders. It came with 2 masks, one small and one bigger one and only one pipe where the steam comes out. I think you can buy it at Dischem too. When my LB was discharged from hospital, the physio told me to take the pipe he is already using with me as we are paying for it anyway. I am so glad I did cause that one works much better than the one I got with the nebulizer. All I have to do everytime is sterilize it before using and you can sterilize it the same way you would with the bottles

Shame man. Poor little angel. I'm sure she can't wait to go home as well.

If you go and look at Checkers I saw them in the pharmacy section not in the baby section. So maybe just ask the pharmacist for help with them.

Thanks Kristen , she's doing much better. We can go home tomorrow. So glad that she is getting better , just want to take her home, her little body is full of holes.

I've got a humidifier but the phisio said I must really consider getting a nebulizer so I will go have a look at the baby shops and checkers.

Nicky I've seen them at Checkers for around R400, at Toys R Us and at Baby City (unfortunately can't remember the prices there). I've also been considering buying one but can't decide whether to buy a nebuliser or humidifier. I think I'll wait and see the next time C gets sick.
