Fingers in mouth - vomitting

Mia also used to do it.

DH and I used to joke that she's practising to become a model, because there's that stigma that they force themselves to bring up to keep slim and trim.

She outgrew it on her own though, so don't worry too much.

Hannah's now at the stage where she also has her fingers in her mouth the whole time, but so far she's not gagging or bringin up, just chewing on them (also teething)!

Try using some teething gel on his gums. It is probably the teething. Dylan also used to do it. x

Em used to do it as well - not to vomitting, but gaggin. The speach therapist said not to worry about it, as they are strenghtening their gag reflex. She stopped eventually.

I'd say if he's vommiting so much that he's not getting milk, then perhaps take him to the pead just in case.

Hi ladies,

I am really hoping that someone can help me... My boy(10 mths) has been forcing his fingers down his mouth which often he ends up vomitting. For the past 2 weeks he has been doing this about 3-4 times a day. Often when he is idle he ends up doing this.

Has anyone experience this or should i take him to a paed?

BTW - He is teething at the moment.
