question-circle Pampers Premium Care Nappies

Same here Lata. K never ever had a nappy rash and I was always so proud of that.

I even wash her (since birth) with warm water at every single nappy change and dry her properly etc so she is always very clean and fresh.

I will also complain. Hope your Little one gets better.

By the way, she is so gorgeous!

Thanks so much Nayeela - i am going to complain to Huggies. This is not right and where are their testing standards for nappies.

I couldnt believe that she got nappy rash - we are always so careful. Who would ahve thought its the nappy! Sies ... our poor LG's little privates!

Lata - I would suggest you stop using the Huggies Gold immediately then as my LG had exactly what you described. I am so upset that I did not make the connections earlier and I thought maybe she was eating something that gave her an allergy. The cause was right under my nose and I did not even see it.

I kept on saying that it cannot be the nappy since she has been a huggies baby since birth. The rash got so itchy and bad that her skin peeled off and it was raw. Was very eina.

I made my own nappy rash mixture after trying every single one on the market and that helped the skin healed back.

I agree with you that all nappies should be premium care. Thats the basic thing we all look for when buying nappies.

OMG ... my LG also has those same pimples on her labia. Almoist like dots ... it got so bad at one point that all the dots joined. I am now so not impressed. I have been using Nystacid to help with the pimples on her labia ...it has been helping!

Why cant pampers just make a proper nappy - why the hell should there be one better called premium care .. all should be premium care .. all babies wear them for the same amount of time .. this is sickening really!

I need to go back to pampers

Lata - Its very worrying that our babies are getting a rash on nappies they were used to before.

Pampers premium is really worth it and seems to be easy on their bums. K is dry after 12 hours of sleep so its really worth it.

Nope Kristin she did not.

Let me tell you what happened. About 6 weeks ago, I moved her to Huggies size 4. That same night she got 2 pimples on her labia. I never thought it could be nappy related as she has been on Huggies since birth. I tried everything under the sun and took her to the doc etc. Yet we could not figure out the cause of the rash. I started cutting out the juice she used to have at creche etc and used all sorts of remedies and nothing worked.

Then last week, DH came home with Pampers Premium Care as a last resort and 2 days after being on pampers 90% of the rash had cleared up!

Its actually so scary to think that a nappey that my LG was used to gave her such a severe rash. I mean for 6 weeks she battled with the rash!

I dont know if the chemical content in the size 4 is different to that of the other sizes or maybe I just got a faulty batch!

Anyways now we moved to pampers and am very impressed with the nappies. Only bummer is the price at which the premium care is selling for :(
