Sorry for the long abscence...it was half term and my son came home from boarding school. A months Wifi gone in 2 days!

@Thuriey the itching is better but I'm not saying too much as the nightly back massages may stop.

Can't wait for my scan on 1 Nov....can't believe they can tell the sex so early.

Ok, so went to the doc this morning - am 6 weeks 3 days only. We initially thought I was around 8 weeks, but Dr confirmed otherwise. So we are looking at around 20 May 2017

Doc is a little concerned about my hip fracture, says I will have to be extra cautious and take it easy and will probably have to have a C-section.

Let me know how everyone else is doing!

Farmgirl - ouch! Did you mention it to the gynie at your last check up? What did she say. I also read up on the belly tape thing. Maybe ask about it at your next visit - there are other maternity belts also on the market.

AFM - I can't seem to be holding my food down everything I eat comes back up and the thought of water turns me off! I'm 8 weeks tomorrow and really hope it eases up - I had a bad night too - as I could not get into a comfy position to sleep. I cannot explain it - it's not completely nausea - more like a dull ache. and when I eat it feels as if my throat is closing up.

Double post...oops. I fractured it a few years ago. I saw one of those belly tape things, does anyone know if that's to relieve pressure?

I fractured two vertebrae in my back and am also very worried about the additional pressure in late pregnancy. Do you have any idea if you can have a natural birth? Good luck, let us know how it goes!
