not staying signed in

Sorry to hijack your thread - but i also have a problem that i hope Mat can help me with... My posts appear cut-off on the right hand side when they are posted... Why does this happen?

I think that most users log in with the bar in die middle under all the tabs. The one that I was having trouble with (and it seems others too).
I suspect that because I think if there are 400 guests online, they are actuallly not reall guests but moomies that are not logged in.

I remember in the past that most moomies would be online and not showing as guests. It really gives a more "positive" feeling to the forum if you see familiar "faces" and names. That's just my experience. I think a lot of people leave moomie very quickly if they see "there isn't a lot of action" going on. If you know what I mean.

Would it be possible to remove the one "signing in" bar? Just a thought.

Matt, I just want to say thank you for your help.

I haven't logged out once since I have signed in with the top right bar!!

I dont' want to say to soon that it seems to work....But....it seems by logging in by the top right hand corner on the pink bar seemed to have solved it.
I will test it a few times, to see if it is affected by time.

However I can click on refresh without having to log in again! Yeah!!!

I will keep you updated!
