When did your LO begin to crawl?

Karmie, my advice is to follow your gut. Your baby will crawl when she is ready.

My daughter never crawled.

I am interested to know when your babies stared to crawl. My lg is almost 8 months old, and she seems to want to crawl for a while now ("swimming" on her tummy ). However, she is not going anywhere yet.

My mother in law keeps on asking when she will crawl and suggested that we pull and push her legs and all sorts of other manipulation My lg does not appreciate this handling very much.

She gets lots of tummy time (and enjoys it) and can sit well without support.

My gut tells me she will crawl when she is good and ready and not to force it.

At what age did your babies crawl and did you do any exercises to encourage it?
