Nope, I really hoped by now we would have had some indication.

mmm...We both have that "last bit" to loose, I also need to loose only 3 kg more.

Good news!! I seem to be standing firmly on 63 kg.
That means I have lost 3kg and have 3 kilos more to go!

Hope everyone else is doing well??!! Any new recipes tried?? I have been living from soup and tuna salad for a while. Haven't really made anything new. However I have purchased the new Jamie oliver book!! It looks great and for the first time ever: It is not loaded with butter and cream! The recipes are truely healthy with indications of calories/fat/sugar content. All recipes use lean meat and fat free where possible.
I will update once I have made something.

Let me introduce myself - Im a sahm of 2 girls, 20 months and 4yrs. Live in kzn Midlands. Ive got about 5 kgs more to lose but im not in any hurry. Doing things slowly. I enjoy mountain biking and walking as exercise. Hmmm what else?
