Jana, I also follow that philosophy, but I am just as guilty of resorting to woolies meals now and again

But I dont think they are that bad.
We are very lucky, as our daymother/aupair cooks for us, she is now a banting expert!
I only eat two meals a day, as I do not get hungry enough for breakfast when I am banting correctly. I typically have breakfact/lunch at around 11:00/12:00. This is typically leftovers from the previous night's supper.
Some examples of what we eat is lamb ribs with roast pumpkin and broccoli, chicken (skin on) cooked in cream with peppers over baby marrow ribbons or cottage pie made with bacon and mince topped with cauli-mash.
Our LG eats what we eat, plus she will have some fruit after a meal and we also give her potatoes and corn on the cob.
Jo.Don, you can find the recipe for coconut bread on the Real Meal Revolution's website, and you can make french toast with it as well
All this talk about food made me hungry now!
Have a lovely weekend ladies
