9 months old and constipated for a week now

i give her prune purity once a day and she is not on formula she is on the breast full time, it is real frustrating.

she eat cerelac mixed veg in the mornings
prune purity afternoon
evenings is fresh veggies blended to a puree sometimes mixed with cerelac
or
purity 3rd at times

I wouldn't give castor oil. Have you tried pureed prunes or prune juice?

hi all!

my daughter is 9 months now and she is constantly constipated, the last time it in October while she was 5 months and she was admitted for 3 days coz her pediatrician said its serious coz she was constipated for 2 weeks without a single poo in between.

now its happening again and she's been crying since Thursday and last night i didnt get a sleep coz i was up and she was crying you can tell she was in pain and felt so helpless and tried glycerin table that you put at the back to assist her poo and did not work and a friend said i should give her half of teaspoon on of Castor oil not sure if i should .

worse is i can only see her doc on monday and late afternoon

please help if you know any home remedy i can use
