I second all of the above :) You get it at well stocked pharmacies or health shops. I've only seen it in pill format.

If you are in Cape Town I buy it at Durbell. But I'm pretty sure Dischem will sell it as well.
First angel resting 25/06/2009 stayed with us a short 7 weeks but we still miss you.

My friend RAVED about it. And she's super picky about what goes into her and her little one - because her little one has some or other gut problem (actually lots of them!!!).
