Did he sleep well afterwards. I can't understand it because I give him in the morning and I think he might sleep well but NOPE he still has to have his breast milk afterwards then he'll only fall asleep. They know what they want and there's no stopping them, lol.

I started Muneeb on Friday. He turned 4 months on Saturday. He is exclusively bf. He seemed to enjoy it but after a bit he lookd like he was choking. I think he just has to get used to it. I give him Purity the maize one mixed with Nan. I give him 9am.

Hi Mommies

Just my opinion on the bottle or spoon feeding.

My mom advised me that when starting solids, i should use a spoon for hygiene reason.

If u have a nanny and u bottle feed the baby, they tend to keep the leftover and feed the baby the same thing over again, and that sometimes means the bottle has not bn washed, whereas with a bowl and spoon it's easy to discard the leftover.

that opened my eyes coz u'll never know evrything that happens during the day when u not around.

hope um making sense, um holding the princess.

much love

My baby also got constipated on rice cereal, so Iv stopped giving it to him. I googled rice cereal & constipation & they say rice is constipating (not all babies will xperience this obviously)
Mine didnt poop for 2 days, he normally poops everyday. He was just straining but nothing was coming out. What I did was give him some water during the day & massage his tummy. Because it ws only two days without going I figured Id try the massage before I go to the paed. I make circular movements aroung his belly button in a clockwise direction. Going the other direction will constipate him more. The third day in the morn, he pooped, but he was uncomfortable for two days!!
Im still nervous bout solids, mayb I'll try again next month.
