So good to hear that your scans went well and that all is going well with the little ones. Zee....I think anything bigger than a banana coming out your vavajajoom will be sore! :silly:

Not much news on my side. Bambino is moving a lot more and I'm enjoying every bit of it!

Hello ladies, how are you today?

Angelique, thanks for the update... baby is growing well and will be a big boy at full term.

Jooste, no problem, will keep u chatting to you here.

MissVee, how did it go with the doctor on friday?

Nix, are u well?

AFM: went for my doctors appointment on Saturday and all seems well. baby is 341g and the doctor said she should be between 2,5 and 2,8 kg at full term as i'm kinda small as well.

We discussed my birthing options and she's on board with the natural birth option that i want. and 2, 5 kg shouldn't be that hard to push out right?

i'm so glad the weather has cooled down a bit in Gauteng, i really do not like summer and it's even worse now that i'm pregnant! I'm so relieved to be over the halfway mark and i cant wait for the 30 week mark. the baby has been moving a lot, especially after having a bit of chocolate.

Hi Ladies

Just a quik update. Had my appointment on Friday and all is well with my LB. He is weighing in at a nice 895g at the moment and gynae is very happy with everything else.

I'm doing much better and the antibiotics is helping for the tootchache (which nearly killed me last week).

How is everyone else doing?

The only thing that really works for me is to continue with my exercise regime. I walk 3 times a week and still go to gym 2 times a week. If my back hurts (which happens if I was sitting for a long time - like driving or so) - I do some pelvic tilts and lunges (be careful of these if you haven't done them at all before birth) and I then feel instant relieve on my lower back. Also, that exercise where you are on all 4's and then lift up the right leg...and the left arm in a straight line (keep it for a few seconds) and alternate. It works lovely for strenghtening the back.
