Good morning everyone! Hope you don't mind that I am busting in here!

I am 8 wks with my second one. My daughter is turning 3 end of Feb 2013. I fell pregnant with her naturally after 6 yrs of useless fertility treatment which included timed cycles, meds, IUI's and IVF!. This pregnancy was quite a surprise as i am 40 already and was basically told after my daughters birth that our chances are slim to zero to fall pregnany again "naturally"

Our due date is 10 June so far - and I have morning sickness - morning, afternoon and very very bad at night!

Going for my next scan on 23 Nov.

Shew - Sorry for the verbal diarrhoea but introductions has never been my strong point!

I read you ladies were talking about your expanding bust... for me that is the one thing that grows last. It's my tummy that grows first. I dont do pregnancy small, no matter what I do I seem to just get huge. With my eldest I gymed everyday my whole pregnancy, at 8 months I was still running 10km but I was huge...

Its been a week since I found out... how time flies. I had a good cry yesterday and am now more positive.

Thanks Juandre! My vits didn't really make me feel more or less nar after taking so i dont think it quite mattered if i took morning or night, might give the nestle MOM shake a try... but feeling much better this week actually... it isn't quite as bad as it was. and no i never threw up anything either, not even once... i juct couldn't manage to get myself to force absolutely any food down... at all... in fact last night i only managed half my supper again...

:-) at 4.5 weeks i was already very very nar though... but it will pass i guess, almost through just two and a half weeks or so till i am out of the first trimester :-) lets hope it goes away then.

Give DH some time and space to adjust... i am sure he will be fine :-) i can only imagine how shocked he is! Actually how shocked you both are! And don't forget that preggy hormone arent helping his situation either?

Kerry- I take my vits at night as then they dont make me feel nar. Also my gynae has told me previously to only worry about folic acid during the first 12 weeks.
There is a shake made by Nestle called MOM, you can mix it with water. Try that. You can get it at pnp or spar. Otherwise Mom2be also makes a shake but its quite expensive.

I havent actually thrown up, but then I am only 4.5 weeks along. I am nar alot though.

DH is really battling to come to terms with the news. Sometimes he is keen to talk about things like will we find out what we are having and then other times he says he is not going to cope with another baby. I am worried that at some stage he will resent me for this :(. I said as much to him and he said he wont. You see he is 43 already (I am 35) and he is worried about saving for retirement as we support his mother cause his folks never planned and he doesnt want the same for our children.
I am sure over the next 8 months we will have periods of excitment and periods of fear.

Shame Juandre, i know how it feels, my little one is also attached to me at the hip suddenly... even wakes up in the night for some mommy time... Which she never did before. Ah well lets hope it passes!

Okay went to the gynea for the first app on friday, all is good with the baby who was showing three days ahead as 8 weeks and six days instead of 8 weeks three days :-) So due on 1 June - My dads birthday.

Doc lectured me about my choices... i can apparently either find it in me to eat and force the food down or she's admitting me as there are keytones in my urine (oops) So spent the weekend trying to get absolutely anything down. she also told me to boycot my multivitamin just for a few weeks while the morning sickness settles... not that it helps but we will give it a valliant attempt.

Jellybaby, how did your app go?
