And yes the tissue salts wil help with swollen feet

Number 9: Nat mur – Water distributor. Swollen ankles, heartburn, regulating moisture for dry skin, colds and cravings for salty foods. Also good for eczema and cold sores.

Number 11: Nat sulf – Liver cleanser. Fluid retention, eczema and colds. Also for hot sweats and jaundice.

Sterretjie I think that is the perfect solution for all of us.... I wish someone could pay me to be a stay at home mom. I would be so awesome at it.

Maybe ask y our gynae if there is anything you can use for swollen feet Jay and come spread the joy here.... my feet are starting also

My bump is itchy too... stretchmarks

Secret I have one of those desks as well Jay... I put my feet on my computer box..... don't tell IT department hehehehe. Also on the fatigue side i read somewhere you can drink energy drinks with an ade at the back.... my gynae also said I could drink energade because of vomiting. I know a lot of women don't like doing the sugary drink and my boss would scold me if he saw (he is a health nut - freak (I don't know the difference with him) LOL) but sometimes I drink it just so I feel a bit energetic.
