I am also a new mommy to be. First pregnancy.

We are so excited, but the nausea is killing me by times, it keeps on coming and going again. I've heard from a colleague and friend that Asic really helps, (not for everyone though).

I am looking forward to all the talk and thank you for sharing..

Good Morning

So you are you all doing
First day of Weigh-Less
Had 20 grams of oats this morning
Just had an 1 1/2 appel and yoghurt
For lunch is 1 piece if whoel grain bread, tuna, tamatoe, cucumber and lettuce
The afternoon snack is an orange, then another snack of crisp cookies & low fat cottage cheese

Then dinner is brown rice, chicken and some vegs
2 liters of water and some exersice

Otherwise I am doing great, no complaints

Hi ladies
Had a busy weekend, it was my FIL's 62 birthday, we left there around 7 in the evening and we were invited by friends who were here for the weekend, so i could't say no. Only got home after 10 adn i was exhausted. Yesterday i slept the whole day and struggled to sleep at night. My ms is still here, i have noticed that it gets triggered by sweet things and the heat, so aircon must be off no sweet stuff and i 'll be fine, but it comes and go... And i am also suffering from back ache and still have sore boobs, that's all. Its month end a bit hectic at the moment, will pop in later
