really hope that you won't have bleeding again.

Jay, how are you doing?

i had a very quiet weekend. no hectic MS but i feel bad between 12 and 3 in the afternoons. other simptoms is sore (.)(.) and tiredness.
my next dr visit is only in 4 weeks time

Good morning all and Goggatjies,

Oh wow I wish I could go and exercise, I miss my yoga classes. I am also overweight, but since Thursday I have been bleeding and dr order me to bed rest. It is going much better now. He said I am to busy and really need to rest and put my feet up.

I am so tired the last two days, and still struggle with this damn cold. I think the worst is the cough. My lg is also sick and have terrible sinus problems. But luckily the humidifier helps a lot, and ofcourse sleeping in mom and dads bed also helps, lol!

So what symptoms are you experiencing this weeks, last night the ms struck me again and it was BAD. I am also very hungry but don't know what I want, lol I have to say I am leaning more towards salty snacks this time around, with my girls I couldn't get enough chocolate.

I will check-in real soon again.

Good Morning

I hope you all had a great weekend
Went to cycle yesterday but i was so emotional, and after 7km i just wanted to quit, but I kept going and did a full 21km on my mtn bike, Not easy being 7 weeks pregnant but i did it.

Otherwise I am fine. Still a bit "naar" but nothing as bad as my previous pregnancies.

Going to see a someone at weigh-less today to help me eat correctly for my pregnancy, I am overweight and do not need to pick up any weight.
