We will have a lovely afternoon. i did have strange dreams but now they are all gone. The other time i dreamt about me being in labor for more than 4 days, now i only dream about the baby gender and its different every time. i think its part of pregnancy its nothing to worry about. i have a lil bum, my husband seem to like it more than me.

How often do you guys apply tissue oil/stretch mark cream , i do it twice but i am not sure if i am moisturizing my skin enough. I am hope i wont get the stretch marks, i had them b4 pregnancy, i cant afford to have more :(

You are most welcome Ndinawe, glad you are returning to the food world :)

I have to say I have been driving myself nuts, I'm soooooo MOOOOODY because of nothing and everything. Not sleeping much at night because of horrible disturbing dreams :( I actually dreamed that I went into labor like 20 weeks early (baby was 100% fine - somehow the due date was very wrong and I carried small - even thou she was 4 kg's at birth :S ) to make the situation worse - we didn't have anything ready, not even nappies. Is this a sign or is it just my mind playing tricks on me? Have any of you ladies been having strange dreams?

At least jellybeans' daddy and myself are going on a short holiday at the end of the month - need to get some peace and quiet.

Still to early for me to show - can't wait for the baby bump thou :)

Have a lovely afternoon ladies!

Thank you so much Teribeary, I will try the smoothies i am sure i will like them since they r sweet. And yesterday i cooked mutton and to my surprise i actually liked it and i felt good after eating it. I think this is my return to the food world :)

At my gym there is a preggi bellies private class, i am going to join it, i have a friend(she is a Dr) she advised me to join it after 20 weeks as it is too pricey, so will join the class when i am 20 weeks.

How are you ladies looking, I am 11 weeks and i am already showing, my pants are starting to be uncomfortable in mt waistline. I think i showed too early but i like my new look so far

I also had very little of an appetite to start of with, maybe try to supplement your main meals with a healthy nutritious shake/smoothie - fresh homemade ones with various fruits and yogurt are the best :) this way you at least get all the nutrients you need :) to get the grains you need try nibbling on provita's, they're a light snack.

If the exercise you are currently doing is a bore you must have a look at www.preggibellies.co.za/ - it seems like a fun interactive aerobics kind of workout class. Not sure about the charges thou :)

Hope this helps :)

I was a long distance runner/athlete , when i was 5 weeks i ran 15km, i only found out then and the Dr said i should take it easy. I tried walking but i am bored when i walk, i don't feel like i did anything.
Guys I am not eating and its worrying me, i seem not to love anything as long as its food, I mainly eat apples and oranges through out the day, I do not feel hungry at all. do you guys have any advice for me.

Hi Ndinawe,

Thank you for the welcome :) You must be wishing this week by just like I am. I can't wait to hear the Gynae officially confirm that there's a lil jellybean in my tummy even though the blood and urine test were positive :)

It's great that you still exercise, I do a daily prenatal 25min yoga routine and in the afternoon when baby's daddy gets home we go for a 45min walk - which is great cardio and quality time at the same time  I have read about a lot of ladies being extremely active during pregnancy and I guess it differs for each of us."They" say if you can still have a normal conversation while working out you are not over doing yourself :)

It feels great being able to speak about my pregnancy as we are only announcing it to our family and loved ones this coming weekend :)

Keep well and get lots of rest!

Hugs xx
