Wow, growing by leaps and bounds know!! 1 kg is healthy!! It's really starting to feel real know! Not much time left.
I think earlier December is also better, hopefully the Dr's are then still around and not all on leave! Luckily my Dr is going on 14th and we will hopefully be home with our little ones by that time!

We just came back from our scan, last time they were 375g and 420g, now they are 725g and 750g. Dr is really happy with their growth and he also checked to see that my servix is still in tact - and all seems fine!!

It really is reassuring to know that if something should happen now, the Dr's can pull them through!! We are looking at a c-sec round about the 8th Dec he said. Gonna be a busy month since my hubby's birthday is the 12th and mine the 15th!!

We also booked our bed at the hospital today, got all the info of what should go along and booked our 4D scan for the 7th of Oct!! Really hope we can get a nice peak then because with the regular scan it is just arms, legs and bodyparts and you have no idea who is where - can't get a complete picture like with a singleton!

Really starting to get excited now! Have a few small stuff left to buy and loads of clothes (really depending on the babyshower to help with this one) but we are almost ready for these 2 little ones!!!

Scan was as always amazing! our little monkey has grown so much and weighing in at a whopping 1kg! he was sleeping but you could see his little nose and cubby cheeks (and this was only a normal 2D scan) as well as Dr showed us he has started to grow hair at the back of his neck

Looking forward to the day we get to meet and hold him, wow one does not know how much your heart grows once you become a mother! Dr also said baby is now viable should he be born with extensive help he would survive.

My due date is 12 Dec and I would love to do natural also hoping the baby doesn't stay in much after 40weeks I would like him to have a birthday closer to beginning of Dec than to Christmas time - just so that he still can get 2 presents and have his own special day.

I can't wait for tomorrow!!
I will be 37 weeks on 6th Dec, so I'm really hoping they will stay put until then. I don't want a c-sec but it looks like that is the route Dr's take in SA. My Dr did agree that we can try natural if both are head down and stay in for long enough but he also said chances are slim. So I'm preparing for c-sec

Hubby also thinks there are to many risks with natural for twins.

What is your due date? Natural or c-sec?

Lansinoh is great, expensive, but worth it, the other cheaper types did nothing for me.

I think the hypnobirthing sounds awesome, would have loved to give it a go!!

find it necessary to use it?

Glad I can give some positive input Liefie!!
I was also determined to breastfeed, and yes there was some uncomfortable stages but nothing worse than giving birth
Just push through, I managed to breastfeed exclusively until 8 months then he kind of weaned himself.
Feeding on demand is best and don't give in to the pressure of giving formula top-ups. There are cases when it is necessary but it is not that common.

I loved breastfeeding and hope for a similar experience this time round!!
