Ctelly, the fetus can only handle extreme small amount of vitA. taking anything with additional vitA can be very harmful for the baby. its also recomended to stay away from certain fish species as they are high in vitA (I think tuna is one of them)

you can also register your pregnancy at dischem - if you spend R300 on baby goods then you get a very nice baby bag full of goodies in your 3rd trimester.

not struggling with sleep, but my baby is an exceptional bad sleeper, waking up 4-8 times every night. so i get very little sleep in, cannot afford to struggle to fall asleep.
this combined with the pregnancy fatigue really makes my days long at the office

Good afternoon Ladies - seems like a lot of us are seeing our dr next week. This forum will be much busier than now I haven't had problems sleeping - I get up at night about 2 to 4 times but go straight back to sleep. What is the initial concern with Vit A ? (I've got a lack of knowlegde on this?)
