thought I would post on here again - someone was asking if there is a june 2016 group already and I realized
no one has posted for quite a while

how have all of you been? I am hoping because you are so quiet is because everything is going well?

we are going for our 23weeks scan Wednesday can't wait my little one is very active she is doing flips and kicks and punches! my little boy was never this active lol

Not much news just wanted to pop in and find out how everyone was doing?

we will be going for our next scan next week will be 22weeks

I was very tired in my first trimester and then it lifted but from last week I have had a dip again and falling asleep
by 21h on the couch lol poor hubby still thinks I am watching tv with him unaware that I am blissfully snoozing away!

Hi all! Glad to hear things are going well liefie . I went for my 19 week scan and everything went perfect! Doc is happy with everything and our little ons is just below 300 grams. And we found out, it's a girl!!! So excited! We were both quite surprised, but super happy!

I have been feeling a few kicks and I can feel her turning. It really is so special.

I have also been struggling with the heat! Hopefully it will cool down over the weekend.

Are you all also struggling with this heat!? All I want to do is stay in aircon!

Went for our 20week scan yesterday. Our little girl now weighs 330g and is growing beautifully!

I am progesterone medicine (not sure if I have mentioned that I started) lets hope this keeps this little one inside for longer!

what news do you all have on your side?

Happy Monday! Lavi - I sit in the opposite boat. Gained 7kg already which is on the higher side. I've looked at several wait gain charts al over and they all seem to differ.
The important thing is that you eat a healthy, diverse diet. As long as baby grows well I wouldn't worry. Ask your doc. if you are concerned.

Afm - went for my scan on Friday. All is well and baby is growing nicely. It is definately team blue. He even had an erection while the doctor was doing the sonar just to make sure we get it right

I am medium/large and have picked up 5kg but everyone is different. I know my mom picked up allot but it was water retention
so it does differ from person to person. I believe as long as you eat enough and healthy you should be fine, and your dr will be able to tell you tomorrow how your baby is growing.

I wish I was you though I am struggling in the Cape Town heat with this pregnancy and extra weight!
