Afternoon Ladies.

What a draining day it has been for me - I went to the Dr as scheduled this morning hoping to hear my miracle's heartbeat and nothing. The Dr says that he has grown but there is no heartbeat. He did a vaginal scan as well and still nothing - he is very worried about me.

What amazes me is that he says my baby's development is ahead by 3 days, according to him - I'm 8 weeks 6 days and not 8 weeks 3 days as counted by me.

The hardest part was him telling me that I have to make two choices - take a pill to terminate or wait another week and see from there. I'm so distraught and told him to wait another week - I'll pray about it. I'm also going for a second opinion from another Dr on Monday - maybe my baby was just shy - I refuse to believe that there is no heart or heartbeat.

I'm asking that each and every mommie please pray with and for me and my peanut through this difficult time. I have become so attached to the life growing inside me that I refuse to believe that he/she is sickly. I will update Mommies on Monday.

If it Your Will oh Lord, help me accept it.

So sorry to hear FTM - I just have the mood swings but it seems to be getting a little better now.

Still eating alot but have luckily not gained any weight yet.

It feels like time is dragging now...

Hi Happyness!

Pregnancy is such a weird thing - yesterday I was over the moon and feeling so happy - almost back to my normal self and then last night I had this overwhelming phobia for cockroaches and anything that crawls - I got so poep-scared of a spider I ended up sleeping in the lounge!!!

This morning - I am down and out - very tired and very sour - morning sickness is on the rise as well and I'm practically falling asleep at my desk at work - I have to constantly remind myself that it is a miracle that I'm carrying and not some weird "happiness-and-normality-eater"

Cant wait to hear news from all of our scans. 5th, 7th and 8th! All so close together. And I am convinced that we will all be able to hear the little heartbeats then! Cannot wait!!

Ama - so sorry about the morning sickness, hope it will pass quickly.

I did not have morning sickness with my first and it seems like I wont be having it this time either - fingers crossed!

Im just hungry all the time and I have a healthy apetite. I try my best to stick to healthier options. I gained a lot of weight with my first and dont want to go through all of that again

I am 7w2d today. My first scan will be on 8 Dec. Cant wait!!
