Hi Ladies

It's been a hectic 2 weeks with a lot of travel for work(sitting on the plane with a bump and those seat belts is not fun)
So glad to be home and back to routine and now I can catch up on everything I missed.

On the Natural vs C-section, I am definitely pro natural. Have had 3 friends do natural births in the last year and they were all very positive and empowering experiences according to them. So I am going to try!

My Little bundle has been kicking up a storm! I am only 22 weeks now but you can SEE the kicks. Have made a couple of videos it looks very funny.

aaah, I am so jealous of everyone starting with the baby rooms already! We just bought a house, will probably only move end of March, busy with some outside renovations at the moment. So I will only be able to start with baby room in April!

We've so far only bought a pram/car seat travel set - we bought the Nula one.

@Marykevs - which cot/compactum did you get? I am having a difficult time deciding what to go for. They are definitely very expensive, but as you say, will use them in future as well.

I am 25 weeks tomorrow, so 15 weeks to go. Can't believe how quickly the time has gone, although at same time still feels like forever until baby is here!!

We are going for a 4D scan, our hospital gives it for free.

How is everyone's nursery/baby rooms coming?

We ordered cot and compactum and travel system and will receive it by end of this month. I have to say it is very pricey and will use it for baby no 2 as well ! So far we have only painted the walls and sorted out the cupboards and moved out all our "stuff".

How far along is everyone, I am 28 weeks this Friday?

Hello moms!

It's been a long time! Things have been quite busy this side.

Baby is moving around a lot these days, such a special feeling. Up until last week I usually only felt the kicks when I got home from work and started to relax. But now this week I feel him/her so much during the day.

25 weeks tomorrow and going for next scan tomorrow as well. So excited to see baby again! We still going to try and keep the gender a surprise until day of birth.

I am keen for natural, but if Doc says C-section then I will go for it. Due to my hip I am not too sure, Orthopedic surgeon said it should be fine, previous gynae wasn't too keen. Will find out tomorrow.

Are you all going to do 4D scans?

My doctor is also pro natural. I was pro natural, but at this moment not so much.

DH also said that they made it easier and more convenient with C-secs and I can decide as it is my body.

I really want to do natural birth, just something I always wanted to experience.

I think that there is risk with both natural and C-section, and if my doc tells me that I have to go for a c-sec because of the placenta previa then I will not go against her. She is pro natural and even asked/told me that we are doing natural right.... lol

It is something that you have to decide for yourself, maybe speak to your doctor and her what they say. I even discussed it with DH and he said that it is up to me as it is my body.

Will anyone be working from home during ML?

@Nikita - I am doing good at the moment, belly is nice and full/round. Our baby is kicking more frequently, she does have her quiet days, then I start to wonder... but she then gives assuring kicks and movements at night. She also gets my bladder sometimes...

As this is our first baby - I am in 2 minds regarding natural vs cesarean... any tips/experiences or thoughts ???
