Hello ladies,

@Babydreaming I have no idea why I've been running out of sleep at those ungodly hours, but those days seem to be over, thank goodness, I slept like a baby again last night.

I have told a couple of friends already and my mom, but that's because I ran out of excuses to use as to why I was not drinking alcohol, everyone knows that I enjoy my alcohol so the minute I don't touch it, it becomes an immediate give away hahaha. And you? Hubby says we must wait until at least after the next appointment when there's a heartbeat (8weeks), but ai I've already told so many people.

AFM morning sickness is in full swing, bleh, I feel nausea for the most part of my days, only gets a lil better at night.

@Cands I trust all is still well on your side.

@MamaK - Nice size baby! Wow that is awesome. Glad you are feeling better and the nausea subsided. Why aren't you sleeping from 3:30am hun?

@Cands - How are you feeling today hun?

I'm again extremely exhausted, I need to get some sort of boost.

@babydreaming my baby was 3.24kg, I went into labour exactly on my EDD which was 20th April 2016 at exactly 40weeks.


AFM I had nausea for most of yesterday but seem to be fine today. I also slept very well last night which was great. I've been running out of sleep at around 3:30am for the past 2 weeks or so, so annoying.

Anyway, a lovely day to you both.

So I have been asking a lot of forums on fb about good OBGYN's in Sandton/Sunninghill area. I have a few options. I'm going to ask my Dr at Vitalab. I just want the best for my baby or babies. I wanted a female OBGYN this time but I'm not picky. I just want one that is compassionate and good at what they do...

@MamaK - Oh yes, I've sent her an email today. How big was your first baby and when did you go into labour?

@Cands - Oh wow, so you and I are kinda in the same boat.... trying to find a place to have our babies. This is your first pregnancy? What's your plan of action to find a place?

@Babydreaming I have my scan on the 31st, then I think I am finished there. I will be 8 weeks then.

Fourways life is a great hospital. I wish it was a bit closer but we moved so it isnt close now. But maybe will go to Dr Moller after Vitalab. I'm really unsure at the moment.

@babydreaming I birthed at Life Fourways Hospital, my mid-wife was Louette Maccallum, fantastic lady, plan to use her again. She also does births at Genesis. But I will stick to Life Fourways again this time around because it is just so convenient for me (literally a street away from my house) and I had no complaints the last time.
