hi girls! i know that i am very quiet on this forum... but i am trying to be more involved...
i have 2 kids, 1 boy aged 9 called cameran and a baby girl ashley age 8 months (born 5th august last year).
i'm a medical rep that works the WC, EC and garden aswell as frequent trips to jhb and europe.
i've had such a SHOOT weekend. started friday with my dumb maid not pitching up - again on a friday because she doesn;t feel well. goodness, but its every second week. had big 'talking's to' few months back and she was fine for a while, now she's is sick all the time, and not her kids. so i ended up working at home again trying to watch babycakes and my son and his two mates... (try 3 9yr old boys at once when its raining outside...).
i interviewed another maid yesterday (saturday) for in case my Sarie decides to leave me altogether, and yip, i was right, she doesn;t want to work. i i spent yesterday afternoon, and the whole day today cleaning out the servants quarters for the new one to arrive today. i feel sick. i don;t know if i;ve made the right choice. cleaning a house is one thing, but someone to look after your baby is another. but i have no choice. i'm in PE on tuesday, Spier in stellenbosch for thursday day and evening for dinner with dr's; saturday whole day and night for congress and more dinners with professors from belgium; sleeping over saturday night to be in the congress on sunday. i'll be home sunday afternoon again.
my hubbie is a paramedic and is working the day shift fri-sun next weekend, so the kids are off to granny.
crap. crap. crap. crap. crap. crap. crap. crap. crap. crap. crap. crap. crap.
and then i wonder to myself why i want to NOT be a stay-at-home mom. not that i have a choice in the matter. we bought a house in december and the bond is through the roof. isn;t it always though????
i need to do a stress-management course. has anyone done one? tips are welcome here
anyway, to all you that read this... i'm just having a mood and feeling sorry for myself. have a wonderful monday (tomorrow) and we'll chat soon!!!
