Yup all the way on the other side of the world, hubby works here we are originally from SA, a quiet, secluded little town called Secunda.

It is difficult not to compare babies, but its better to let a child develop on his/her own pace that force development (in certain instances)

Oh my word so you are based all the way on the other side of the world...have you always lived there or are you there for work? I have family that have recently moved there but they are based in Dammam...

Deja...I think like skitterling says they will all do it in there own time...

I think I can't wait because 2 of my cousins also had babies within a few weeks of me so it is so difficult to not compare to them!

I'm also 27 and from CT as well.

Your son has a beautiful name. I have a lg Jesse who was born on the 9th July. She is also crawling and standing against things and has 2 teeth.

As long as he is getting around by leopard crawling it is fine! Ive heard boys are slower....but every child is different, so he will do it in his own time.

That is the reason why I cant see the photos, its blocked in the UAE.

I have a little girl, Micheala, she is my first baby and Im 23. We live close to ABu DHabi.

Must admit I am looking forward to the crawling but my LB seems lazy lazy lazy... I uploaded the pic from photostand...is there another way to do it? I can't load onto photobucket as it is blocked at the office.

The name is a muslim name but it not very common I think... Thanks

Most of us are July mommies yes....my EDD was 1August but had induction on 27 July.

You have crawling to look forward too, walking along furniture and walls, opening cabinets and doors, closing doors, falling, more teeth, falling oh and did I mention falling? You can gather from that that you will be drying up a lot of tears!

Cant see your pic though? He has a very interesting name, havent heard it before, with a beautifull meaning!
